Reading-Mistake is a site-specific live digital performance, directed by Feng Jangzhou and Lin Zhang and curated by China’s Central Academy of Fine Arts School of Urban Design’s President Zhu Di. This event was staged under the event of 2009 World Design Congress at the 798 Art Factory in Beijing China. Jiangzhou and Zhang chose an abandoned factory. The performance’s design is based on this site-specific location and takes advantage of the facilities at the place: it is projected with four video projections, and the performers perform in each square space to interact with videos, and a disc jockey (DJ) who plays live in this space.
